Domaine Thibault Liger Belair Bourgogne "Les Deux Terres" 2022, 750ml

85% Gamay and 15% Pinot Noir blended from selected parcels in Beaujolais crus (Gamay) and Bourgogne/Hautes-Côtes de Nuits (Pinot Noir). The grapes are hand-harvested, given a cold pre-fermentation maceration, and undergo alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts followed by 3-4 weeks gentle total cuvaison. Aged 12 months in used oak barrels with no new wood.

Tasting Note:

Aromas show fresh red cherry and crunchy cranberry along with light floral and spice notes. The palate delivers juicy lightness and medium body with soft tannic structure and bright acidity. Overall impression is one of vibrant drinkability and persistent freshness reflecting the sunny balanced vintage character in this Gamay-dominant blend.
