Chateau des Trois Moulins 2020, 750ml

Château des Trois Moulins is a 13-hectare Côtes de Bourg estate that produces wines from very low-yielding 30-year-old vines.

The blend is 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Malbec, fermentated in thermoregulated tanks, soft vatting for three weeks, and aged for 13 months in French oak barrels. 

The vines grow in clay-limestone soil and sustainably farmed. The estate holds HVE Level 3 certification.

Tasting Note:

Ruby-colored, subtle wine with its elegant bouquet of jammy red fruits. It is subtle and very round on the palate and has a long powerful finish.
