Blanc de Lynch Bages 2022, 750ml

Blanc de Lynch Bages 2022 is produced from vineyards in Pauillac with gravel and sandy soils. A blend of 67% Sauvignon Blanc, 22% Sémillon and 11% Muscadelle. Grapes were pressed before fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats and French oak barrels using selected yeast. The wine was aged for about 6 months on fine lees in 50% new French oak barrels and regular stirring to enhance texture and complexity.

Tasting Note:

The nose shows aromas of citrus white peach and floral notes with hints of fresh herbs and subtle oak. The palate is crisp and medium bodied with vibrant acidity layered stone fruit and a touch of minerality leading to a clean finish. Overall it offers a precise and elegant expression of Bordeaux blanc with freshness and balance.
