The bouquet is electric, jumping from the glass in a mix of apple, fresh lime, lilacs, bee pollen, a touch of wild yeasts, apple blossoms and a gorgeously complex base of slate. On the palate the wine is vibrant, medium-full and zesty, with beautiful structural tension, great mineral drive and grip, gorgeous fruit tones and a very long, perfectly balanced and complex finish.
