Domaine Francois Carillon Chassagne Montrachet Blanc 2021, 750ml

The grapes come from two plots in Les Voillenots, with vines aged 35 and 50 years. Whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented and aged for 12 months in 10% new oak, with occasional lees stirring.

Tasting Note:

The initial aromas of this Chassagne-Montrachet offer a wide range, characterized by notes of stone fruits, accentuated by a minerality evoking summer. Generous and supple, it is appreciated in its youth and seduces a wide audience.
