Domaine Chevillon Chezeaux Vosne Romanee "La Croix Blanche" 2023, 750ml

100% Pinot Noir sourced from 0.30 hectare of 55-year-old vines in the lieu-dit La Croix Blanche in the southern part of Vosne-Romanée on clay-limestone soils. The domaine practices sustainable viticulture with meticulous soil work. The grapes are hand harvested, 100% destemmed and lightly crushed, followed by traditional fermentation with punch downs and pump overs. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels with around 30% new oak.

Tasting Note:
Aromas of red cherry, raspberry, rose petal and subtle earth on the nose. Elegant attack. Silky fruit on the mid-palate with fine tannins and vibrant acidity. The finish shows good length and 10-15 years of ageing potential.
