Chateau de Caraguilhes "Les Gourgoules" Corbieres Rouge 2021, 750ml

A blend of 50% Grenache, 35% Syrah, 15% Carignan planted in a slope of clay-limestone and round pebbles soil.

Fermented in concrete vats by carbonic maceration and aged for 6 moths in its lees.

Tasting Note:

Deep purple color. The nose offer black fruits and tapenade highlighted by flavors of mint and pepper. The complexity of the nose brings maturity to this wine. Taste silky attack with notes of pepper, blackberry and black olive and the tannins give the wine very good hold, reinforcing the overall balance.
