Established in 1880, Queirolo is Made with Pisco grapes, selected from the estate vineyards located in the valleys of Cañete and Ica. These are pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures in order to obtain the best must, distilled in copper pot stills, resulting in a flavor appreciated and recognized by connoisseurs.
Raw Material: Quebranta grapes
Tasting Note: Predominantly fruity aromas of raisins and almonds. Present and with character on the palate. Serve slightly chilled or in cocktails.
