Chateau Liversan 2022, 375ml

A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot sourced from 51 hectares of gravel and sandy soils in Saint-Sauveur, situated near Saint-Estèphe and Pauillac. The fruit was sorted and fermented in temperature-controlled vats. The wine aged in French oak barrels for 12 months prior to bottling.

Tasting Note:

Aromas of toasted spices, ripe dark fruit, cassis, and subtle nutshells open on the nose. The palate is medium-to-full-bodied and structured, showing a succulent core of ripe blackberry and plum framed by compact, chalky tannins. The finish is clean, seamless, and even, ending with notes of dark berries and soft spice.
