Domaine Francois Carillon Puligny Montrachet 2021, 1.5L

This wine comes from 4ha of vines spread across 8 different plots: Derrière la Velle, Reuchaux, Corvée, Levrons, Aubues, Tremblots, Les Noyer Bret, and Les Rousselles. The vines range from 19 to 49 years old and are grown on clay-limestone soils. Barrel fermented and aged.

Tasting Note:

The wine reveals a fragrant aromatic profile with pleasant fruity notes of citrus and stone fruit, floral aromas, and some hints of butter and hazelnut. On the palate, it is voluminous and concentrated, fresh and balanced. It has a lively and well-integrated acidity and a long and elegant finish.
