Built in early XVIII Century, Château de Chamirey is an elegant château, influenced by the Italian architecture, looking down on French garden. Built on a rocky headland, Château de Chamirey has a unique position on Mercurey vineyard.

Marc de Bourgogne is traditionally a digestive.  It has a  masculine vein, with more pronounced tannins, without being aggressive. It has a fullness that forms smoothly in the mouth, with herbaceous, spicy notes; slightly fruity aromas with notes of caramel. It is characterized by a rich golden amber color. It is usually drunk in a “small glass” or in a coffee cup still hot and with  melted sugar at the bottom, this is the best way.
