G.E. Massenez Eau de Vie de Vieille Prune, 700ml

The Vieille Prune Massenez is a traditional eau-de-vie made from a blend of carefully selected plums that are aged in barrels.

The plums used for this eau-de-vie are round, fleshy, and harvested when fully ripe. They are fermented immediately to preserve their qualities.

The resulting eau-de-vie is strong and then aged in oak barrels for several years, during which it softens and develops a fine and subtle flavor.
