Kirsch from the Massenez distillery is outstandingly unique in character, strength and balance. An intense flavor for an eau-de-vie of unrivaled aromatic complexity.

Color: Clear and colorless, may acquire yellow green highlights as it ages; characteristic fruit eaux-de-vies brilliance.

Nose: Clean, typical Kirsch. Very complex bouquet with primary aromas of fresh fruits mixing with secondary and tertiary aromas of fermentation and distillation. The intense nose with its evident almond note is an indication of the choice selection of fruit and delicate distillation.

Palate: Immediate almond note at entry. Complex fruity note with fresh cherry giving way to a more complex, powerful aromatic texture, and a spicy aftertaste.
