Domaine Francois Carillon St Aubin 1er Cru "Les Murgers des Dents de Chien" 2020, 750ml

This vineyard overlooks the Grands Crus of Puligny and is located opposite Champs Gains. The name refers to the pointed stones found on the site, resembling dog teeth. The Domaine acquired this 31-year-old parcel in 2013.

Tasting Note:

Expressive and complex nose with slightly toasted notes, aromas of ripe yellow fruits and minerality. The attack is fresh, beautiful elegance in the mouth on a rich substance supported by a beautiful freshness, the finish is mineral and persistent.
