Domaine La Terrasse d'Elise "Les Hauts de Carol's" 2019, 750ml

Made from 100% Cinsault grown on limestone and clay soils in the Hérault region. The grapes were destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats, then matured for about 12 months in concrete with no new oak before bottling.

Tasting Note:

The nose offers bright red cherry and raspberry with floral notes and a touch of garrigue. The palate is supple and fresh with fine tannins and a clean, elegant finish. A pure and expressive southern French red that emphasizes finesse and drinkability.
