Domaine Ramonet Puligny Montrachet 2020, 750ml

100% Chardonnay from old vines in several village-level parcels in Puligny-Montrachet (including Les Enseignères, Les Reuchaux, and others) on limestone and clay-limestone soils. The grapes are hand-harvested, whole cluster pressed, and undergo alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in tank before transfer to oak barrels. Malolactic completed. Aged 12 months in oak barrels using 20-25% new wood with extended lees contact and no batonnage.

Tasting Note:

Aromas show white peach and pear along with citrus blossom and subtle mineral notes. The palate delivers focused intensity and elegance with lively acidity and refined chalky texture.
