Domaine Ramonet Pernand Vergelesses "Les Belles Filles" Rouge 2020, 750ml

100% Pinot Noir from old vines in the Les Belles Filles lieu-dit on the upper east-facing slope of Pernand-Vergelesses with marly limestone soils. The grapes are hand-harvested, fully destemmed, given a cold pre-fermentation maceration, and undergo alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in open wooden vats followed by gentle extraction. Malolactic completed. Aged 18 months in oak barrels using 25% new wood.

Tasting Note:

Aromas show ripe red cherry and raspberry along with rose petal and light earth notes. The palate delivers medium body and succulence with silky tannic structure and fresh acidity. Overall impression is one of refined richness and persistent elegance reflecting the warm yet balanced vintage character.
