Domaine Perrot Minot Griotte Chambertin Grand Cru 2017, 1.5L

Griotte-Chambertin Grand Cru 2017 is sourced from a parcel located just below Clos de Bèze, where it meets Chambertin. The site benefits from a warm microclimate and early ripening, with vines over 65 years old planted on silty soils carried down the valley. Grapes were fully destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, following a cold maceration. The wine was aged for 16–18 months in 20–30% new French oak barrels, without racking, fining, or filtration, and bottled by gravity.

Tasting Note:

The nose reveals aromas of red and black cherry, pomegranate, raspberry, and violet, with subtle spice. The palate is dense and refined, showing silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and a mineral-driven finish with notable complexity and freshness.
