I Fabbri Chianti Classico "Gran Selezione" 2019, 750ml

I Fabbri Chianti Classico "Gran Selezione" 2019 is made from 100% Sangiovese Grosso di Lamole, carefully selected from old vines cultivated at 550 meters elevation in Lamole, Greve in Chianti. The vineyards are planted on loose, sandy soils derived from sandstone. Grapes were manually harvested and fully destemmed. Fermentation occurred with native yeasts in stainless steel vats. The wine was aged for 24 months in 1500-liter French oak tonneaux sourced from the central massif.

Tasting Note:

The nose reveals black cherry, dried rose, and sweet spice. The palate is full-bodied and composed, with firm tannins and balanced acidity. The finish is long and harmonious, showing depth and precision.
