Domaine de Coyeux Muscat de Beaumes de Venise Solera N.V., 375ml

Made from 100% Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains. This wine undergoes a solera aging process, where the base wine from 2008 is refreshed annually with the new harvest, resulting in a sweet wine of layered complexity. The wine is aged for a few months in stainless steel vats, followed by an additional 6 to 8 months in the bottle. No oak barrels are used for maturation.
