Producer from Ambonnay. A blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir, made with 45% reserve wines. Dosage 8g/l.

Tasting Note:

Delicate pink colour with golden reflections, fine and persistent mousse, delicate nose with hints of honey and greedy cherry. The attack is brioche and full of delicacy, with a creamy finish. Very fine and seductive, for aperitif and cocktails. A lovely rosé.
