Producer from Ambonnay. A blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay all from the 2012 vintage. Partial malolactic. Dosage 8g/l.

Tasting Note:

Golden yellow, thin and lush foam, the nose is complex and slightly roasted,  opening up after airing. We can detect  toasted hints and dry fruit. The palate is well structured and rich, leaving space for a beautiful fresh finish. A powerful and mineral vintage.
