Highland Park 12 Year Old, 700ml

Founded in 1798 at Orkney Islands by Magnus Eunson, it started as an illicit operation before receiving an official license in 1826.

Today Highland Park is the second-northernmost single malt distillery.

Now owned by Edrington Group, it remains devoted to tradition, using locally sourced barley hand-turned and peat-dried on-site.

Matured predominantly in European and American sherry seasoned oak casks, the iconic 12 Year Old single malt whisky is spicy and well-rounded.

Aromas: Seville oranges and rich fruitcake spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves;

Palate: Molten heather honey in this whisky’s waves of heathery peat smoke.
