Hartford Court "Land's Edge Vineyards" Pinot Noir 2021, 750ml

Land’s Edge Pinot Noir comes from Sonoma Coast AVA vineyards influenced by maritime climate, producing a concentrated crop harvested from late September to mid-October. The coastal fog preserves natural acidity, enhancing fruit purity and terroir expression. This wine's balanced acidity, complexity, and firm tannins ensure long, graceful aging.

Grapes are hand-harvested at night, sorted, cold-soaked, fermented with indigenous yeast, and aged for 16 months in French oak barrels (33% new), with no fining or filtration.

Tasting Note

Aromas of red and black cherry, pomegranate, and dried rose petals. The layered flavors of dark berries, plum, and licorice lead to a mid-palate with an elegant and polished texture. The wine ends with a lingering mocha and mineral finish.
