PO’ Aromatica (Aromatic) clearly indicates the main feature of this Grappa, due to the grape marc of aromatic Traminer. The primary aromas of Traminer, contained in the grape skins,are transferred to Grappa thanks to the bain-marie distillation, making it peppery and immediately identifiable.

Raw material: Gewurztraminer Grape

Production method: artisanal distillation, in small lots, with a discontinuous bain-marie still

Aromas: grapefruits, lychee and limes, with a hint of pine.
