The wine comes in at thirteen percent octane in this vintage and delivers a stunningly complex and refined bouquet of lemon, tart orange, pink grapefruit, elder flowers, wild yeasts and a beautifully precise expression of volcanic minerality. On the palate the wine is pure, full-bodied and seamless, with a superb core of fruit, great mineral drive and cut, ripe acids and a very long, focused and perfectly balanced finish.
