Domaine Rapet Pernand Vergelesses Rouge 2022, 750ml

100% Pinot Noir from multiple village-level parcels in Pernand-Vergelesses (including Belles Filles and En Caradeux) on east and southeast-facing marly limestone slopes, vines averaging 40 years. The grapes are hand-harvested, fully destemmed, cold macerated for 5-7 days, and undergo alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts followed by 15-18 days total cuvaison. Aged 12 months in oak barrels using 20% new wood.

Tasting Note:

Aromas show red cherry and cranberry along with light earth and floral notes. The palate delivers juicy freshness and medium body with supple tannic structure and bright acidity. Overall impression is one of lively elegance and clean persistence reflecting the cool balanced vintage character in Côte de Beaune Pinot Noir.
