Domaine Rapet Pernand Vergelesses Blanc "Les Combottes" 2022, 750ml

100% Chardonnay from a 0.8 ha west-facing parcel at 320m altitude with white clay soils in the Les Combottes lieu-dit in Pernand-Vergelesses. The grapes are hand harvested and whole bunch pressed. 80% fermented and aged in 350-liter barrels and 20% in stainless steel tank, followed by full malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged with around 10% new oak.

Tasting Note:
Aromas of ripe lemon, yellow apple, white peach and subtle hazelnut on the nose. Creamy attack. Good concentration on the mid-palate with vibrant acidity and mineral tension. The finish is long and composed.
