100% Pinot Noir from a parcel above Aux Perdrix 1er Cru in Prémeaux-Prissey, this is planted in stony, oolitic limestone soil.
Destemmed and fermented in open stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts for 15-21 days, followed by 12 months of ageing in oak barrels.

Tasting Note:

Precise aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, and dried rose, underpinned by subtle notes of forest floor and crushed limestone. On the palate, the wine is taut and mineral-driven, with fine-grained tannins and a vibrant acidity that frames flavors of redcurrant, cranberry, and a hint of spice. The finish is long and linear, marked by a saline edge and a touch of oak.
