Domaine Rossignol Trapet Chambertin Grand Cru 2020, 750ml

100% Pinot Noir sourced from two parcels totaling 1.6 hectares in Chambertin Grand Cru. The vineyard is farmed biodynamically. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts in open wooden vats. Around 50% whole bunches were used. The wine was aged for approximately 18 months in French oak barrels, with 30% new oak.

Tasting Note:

The 2020 vintage opens with aromas of dark plum, blackberry, rose petal, and spice. The palate is silky and focused, with fine-grained tannins, bright acidity, and a long, mineral-driven finish. Nuanced and balanced, it shows both power and finesse, with excellent ageing potential.
