Domaine Francois Carillon Bourgogne Chardonnay 2021, 750ml

This Bourgogne Blanc comes from 3 clay-limestone parcels in Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault with vines ranging from 33 to 59 years old. Barrel fermented and aged (10% new), with light lees stirring, then blended and bottled about 16 months after harvest.

Tasting Note:

The first to be picked. Perfectly balanced with a good natural acidity, a light barrel toast, plenty of white fruit, and a good long finish. Succulent more than sumptuous, but certainly very good.
