Domaine Francois Carillon Bourgogne Aligote 2021, 750ml

The grapes come from Puligny-Montrachet and Corpeau, and are from the superior clone Aligoté Dore. From vines over 50 years old, the grapes are fermented directly in barrels, aged for nearly a year like the Premiers Crus in 10% new oak.

Tasting Note:

Fresh and lively on the palate from the very first sip. It has a fresh nose, with aromas of ripe fruit, exotic notes and lemon. It is elegant and complex on the palate, with a lovely, invigorating acidity.
