Tyrrell's Hunter Valley Semillon 2024, 750ml

Sourced from a small selection of some of the top Semillon vineyards around the Hunter Valley. Most of the vineyards are dry grown and have an average vine age of 40 years.

The grapes were machine picked in the cool of the night before gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine then spent a short amount of time on yeast lees to gain extra complexity and mouth feel.

Tasting Note:

Citrus fruits and floral elements with a medium body, yet intense, with great length and a brisk acidity. The finish is pleasing with a balance of fruit and soft acid.
