Dopff au Moulin Domaine Familial Riesling Grand Cru Schoenenbourg V.V. 2019, 750ml

100% Riesling from south?facing, Keuper marl and gypsum?rich vineyard soils above Riquewihr, harvested by hand at full ripeness. Grapes were pressed as whole bunches, cold settled briefly, then fermented in temperature?controlled stainless steel tanks using selected yeast with no oak influence, to highlight terroir precision.

Tasting Note:

On the nose are aromas of citrus peel, Granny Smith apple, wet stone minerality and a subtle thread of petrol. The palate is dry, sharply articulated with vibrant acidity, showing flavors of lime zest, green apple and saline mineral drive, finishing long with flinty persistence. Overall it delivers a refined and racy expression of Riesling marked by clarity, depth and classic Grand Cru structure.
