Angeline Sauvignon Blanc Reserve 2024, 750ml

This 100% Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from cool-climate vineyards across Sonoma County, primarily within the Russian River Valley and Dry Creek Valley. The fruit was harvested at night to preserve freshness before being destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation took place entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks utilizing selected yeast strains. The wine aged on its fine lees in stainless steel for four months to enhance mouthfeel, with malolactic fermentation strictly blocked to maintain bright natural acidity.

Tasting Note:

Aromas of green apple, grapefruit zest, and lemongrass lead into a crisp and energetic palate. Flavors of lime, underripe kiwi, and subtle white peach are framed by vibrant acidity and a light texture. The finish is clean and persistent, lingering with refreshing citrus notes.
