Domaine Chevillon Chezeaux Bourgogne Pinot Noir "Les Maladieres" 2023, 750ml

100% Pinot Noir sourced from old vines over 45 years old in the lieu-dit Les Maladieres in the Bourgogne appellation. The domaine practices sustainable viticulture with meticulous soil work. The grapes are hand harvested, 100% destemmed and lightly crushed, followed by a short pre-fermentation cold maceration and traditional fermentation with punch downs and pump overs. The wine is aged in French oak barrels with a low percentage of new oak.

Tasting Note:
Aromas of red cherry, raspberry, strawberry and subtle earth on the nose. Light and perfumed attack. Delicate fruit on the mid-palate with supple tannins and fresh acidity. The finish shows good length and 5-8 years of ageing potential.
