We are delighted to welcome Mr. Johann Henschke, sixth‑generation winemaker of Henschke Winery, who will share his experience, philosophy, and deep passion for wine.

Founded in 1868, Henschke is internationally recognised for its pioneering biodynamic practices and commitment to expressing site and heritage through wine.

On the evening, Johann will guide guests through a carefully curated wine pairing, thoughtfully matched with Ming Court’s refined Cantonese menu.

Each dish is designed to highlight the balance, elegance, and depth of the wines, offering a unique dialogue between world‑class winemaking and elevated Chinese cuisine.
