Domaine Rapet Beaune 1er Cru "Les Bressandes" 2022, 750ml

Sourced from the 1er Cru vineyard of Les Bressandes, positioned on the steep, east-facing mid-slope of Beaune on stony, limestone-heavy soils. The grapes were 100% destemmed and fermented in open vats with native yeasts. The wine aged in French oak barrels (approx. 20% to 30% new oak) for 12 to 14 months before bottling without pumping to preserve purity and freshness.

Tasting Note:

The wine opens with perfumed aromas of ripe red cherry, wild raspberry, violet, sweet spices, crushed stone, and subtle toasted oak. The palate is refined, elegant, and vibrant, showing a silky core of red fruit, fine-grained tannins and bright, fresh acidity. The finish is long, persistent, closing on chalky mineral and subtle floral notes.
