Domaine Perrot Minot Gevrey Chambertin "Justice des Seuvrees" 2019, 750ml

100% Pinot Noir from a blend of old vines around 50 years old in the Justice des Seuvrées lieu-dit (primarily from the La Justice section bringing black fruit and structure, complemented by Seuvrées on the border with Morey-Saint-Denis). The domaine practices sustainable viticulture with rigorous sorting. The grapes are hand harvested with partial whole cluster fermentation. The wine is aged 16-18 months in French oak barrels with approximately 20-25% new oak. No fining or filtration.

Tasting Note:
Aromas of black cherry, dark fruit, blood, earth and spice on the nose. Firm attack. Concentrated fruit on the mid-palate with structured tannins and fresh acidity. The finish shows good length and 12-18 years of ageing potential.
