Domaine Lignier Michelot Coteaux Bourguignons 2022, 750ml

This regional cuvée (labeled as "Cuvée 822" for the 2022 vintage) is sourced from 100% Pinot Noir vines located in the Côte de Nuits. The grapes were 100% destemmed and fermented in temperature-controlled vats with native yeasts. The wine aged for approximately 12 months in stainless steel and neutral oak barrels to emphasize bright, primary fruit purity.

Tasting Note:

The wine opens with generous, expressive aromas of ripe dark cherry, wild blueberry, blackcurrant, subtle floral hints and earthy spice. The palate is medium-bodied, supple, and gourmand, offering a sweet, vibrant entry of succulent dark fruit, soft, silky tannins and fresh, balanced acidity. The finish is clean, energetic, and fruit-driven.
