Dopff au Moulin Domaine Familial Gewurztraminer 2023, 750ml

100% Gewurztraminer grown in the Gehey vineyard in Riquewihr, Alsace, a gently sloping, east-facing site with well-drained sandy clay soils. The wine is produced under sustainable viticultural practices, with hand-harvesting and whole-bunch pressing followed by static settling. Fermentation was carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using native yeasts, and the wine was aged in tank without oak contact to preserve aromatic purity.

Tasting Note:

Aromas of rose petal, lychee and ripe stone fruit with subtle exotic spice. The palate is expressive and rounded, combining ripe fruit concentration with gentle sweetness and balanced acidity. Notes of peach, citrus peel and floral spice carry through to a smooth, lingering finish.
