Domaine Dupraz "Les Terres Blanches" Apremont 2024, 750ml

This 100% Jacquère is sourced from 50-year-old vines planted in 1972 on an atypical terroir of clay, glacial moraine, and white granite in the lieu-dit Le Reposoir in Apremont. The organic grapes were gently pressed and fermented slowly with native yeasts in concrete vats. The wine aged on fine lees for 6 months prior to bottling.

Tasting Note:

Aromas of fresh green pear, crisp apple, lemon peel, and white blossoms open on the nose, accompanied by subtle hints of honey and crushed stone minerals. The palate is focused, supple, and well-structured, featuring vibrant orchard fruit flavors balanced by bright, bell-clear mountain acidity. The finish is clean, persistent, and refreshing, with a distinct saline minerality.
