Domaine Perrot Minot Chapelle Chambertin Grand Cru 2022, 1.5L

100% Pinot Noir from old vines in Chapelle-Chambertin Grand Cru. Organic certified. Grapes were hand-harvested, rigorously sorted, and vinified with partial whole cluster inclusion (approximately 30–40%), depending on ripeness. Fermentation was carried out with native yeasts, and the wine was aged for about 18 months in French oak barrels, with 20–25% new oak, carefully balanced to preserve terroir transparency and purity.

The 2022 Chapelle-Chambertin Grand Cru is perfumed and elegant, with aromas of red cherry, raspberry, rose petal, and subtle spice. The palate is medium-bodied, refined, and precise, showing bright acidity, fine-grained tannins, and a mineral edge. The finish is long and harmonious, emphasizing finesse over sheer power, with the whole cluster inclusion adding aromatic lift and complexity.
