Domaine Rossignol Trapet Chambertin Grand Cru 2021, 1.5L

100% Pinot Noir from old vines in Chambertin Grand Cru. Farmed biodynamically. Fermented with native yeasts, including around 50% whole bunches to enhance aromatic complexity and tannic structure. The wine was aged for approximately 18 months in French oak barrels, with about 30% new oak.
Tasting Note:
Aromas of red fruits, subtle spice, and earthy minerality, with hints of smoke and floral lift. The palate is medium-bodied yet powerful, with fine-grained tannins, bright acidity, and layered flavors of cherry, bitter orange, and saline notes. The finish is long, precise, and elegant, reflecting the cool winds and limestone soils of Chambertin.
