100% Chardonnay from vineyards planted on Portlandian limestone soils surrounding Chablis. Louis Michel & Fils is known for its uncompromisingly pure style, working entirely without oak to emphasize terroir transparency. Grapes were hand-harvested, pressed gently, and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged on fine lees for several months, preserving freshness and minerality, before bottling in the spring following harvest.
