Tyrrell's Late Harvest Semillon 2025, 750ml

100% Semillon from the iconic HVD Vineyard in the Hunter Valley. The grapes were picked riper than normal for the Late Harvest style, hand-harvested in the cool of the night, and gently pressed. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures and aged on lees with no oak used. It retains noticeable residual sugar for a balanced, light sweet profile. (30-60g/l residual sugar)

Tasting Note:

The 2025 opens with aromas of ripe peach, apricot, honeydew melon, orange blossom, and citrus zest with subtle honey and mineral notes. The palate is medium-bodied with generous stone fruit and tropical flavours, bright acidity providing lift and freshness, silky texture, and a long, clean, harmonious finish. Lush yet refreshing with excellent balance.
