Chateau de Caraguilhes "La Font Blanche" Corbieres Blanc 2025, 750ml

Produced from biodynamically farmed vineyards in the Terroir de Boutenac at Saint‑Laurent‑de‑la‑Cabrerisse, planted on calcareous and clay soils with rolled pebbles. The 2025 blend is composed of 50% Roussanne, 30% Grenache Blanc and 20% Vermentino, with approximately 5% of the wine vinified in French oak barrels, while the remainder is fermented and aged in tank to preserve freshness and aromatic purity. Certified Ecocert, Biodyvin and Demeter, and bottled at around 13% abv.

Tasting Note:

Aromas of almond blossom, white peach and apricot with subtle citrus and mineral nuances. The palate is full and silky, combining ripe white fruit with fresh acidity. Notes of citrus, acacia and a hint of fennel lead into a balanced, persistent finish that highlights both finesse and Mediterranean character.
