Martin Ray Chardonnay 2024, 750ml

100% Chardonnay sourced from sustainably farmed vineyard sites across the cool, maritime-influenced Sonoma Coast AVA. The grapes are gently pressed and cold-settled before undergoing fermentation in a combination of stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels (30% new oak) using both wild and selected yeast strains. The wine matures on fine lees with periodic stirring to enhance mid-palate richness while maintaining natural acidity and crispness.

Tasting Note:

Aromas of citrus blossom, green apple skins, Asian pear, white flowers, toasted oak, and vanilla. The palate is dry, medium-bodied, and vibrant, showing a core of lemon curd, pineapple, and citrus zest, with a balanced acidity and a subtle mineral lift. The finish is clean, energetic, and stony.
