Domaine Thibault Liger Belair Moulin a Vent "La Roche" 2020, 750ml

Sourced from the La Roche single-vineyard plot at the highest point of Moulin-à-Vent near the historic windmill. The vines grow on shallow, pink granite soils with manganese veins. The grapes were whole-cluster infused using gentle extraction techniques and vinified with native yeasts. The wine aged in old French oak barrels for approximately 15 to 18 months.

Tasting Note:

The wine opens with precise, aromatically lifted notes of dark wild blackberry, crushed blueberry, violet, balanced by hints of sweet spices, and subtle savory stems. The palate is full, dense, and structured, displaying a rich core of dark berry fruit, silky yet persistent tannins, a notable of saline acidity, and a long, energetic finish.
