Domaine Lignier Michelot Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2021, 750ml

100% Pinot Noir sourced from vineyards in Chambolle-Musigny, farmed sustainably with organic treatments and lunar calendar guidance. The grapes were hand-harvested and vinified with a high proportion of whole clusters—typically between 50% and 100%—using ambient yeasts in stainless steel tanks, with minimal intervention and low sulfur usage. The wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, with 0-15% new wood depending on the vintage.

Tasting Note:
Aromas of red cherry, raspberry and subtle earth on the nose. Juicy attack. Fresh fruit on the mid-palate with soft tannins and bright acidity. The finish shows good length.
